2025 Exhibit Hall Schedule:
Note: The schedule below highlights the times when there are scheduled breaks in the agenda with food and beverage. These will be the peak times for attendees to be in the exhibit hall, but the exhibit hall doors will remain open throughout the event.
Monday, May 12
- Registration Opens: 1:00 pm
- Exhibitor Setup: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm (all crates, pallets, cases, and packing materials must be off the exhibit hall floor by 3:00 pm)**
- Opening Cocktail Reception: 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Tuesday, May 13
- Exhibit Hall Opens: 8:00 am
- Exhibit Hall Hours: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Breakfast with Exhibitors: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
- Mid-Morning Break with Exhibitors: 10:30 am – 11:00 am
- Afternoon Break with Exhibitors: 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm
- Cocktail Reception with Exhibitors: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Wednesday, May 14
- Exhibit Hall Opens: 8:00 am
- Exhibit Hall Hours: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Breakfast with Exhibitors: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
- Mid-Morning Break with Exhibitors: 10:15 am – 10:45 am
- Exhibit Hall Closes: 12:00 pm
- Tear-down: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm **
Note: The general session room is right next door to the exhibit hall. We will not allow any freight to be brought to the exhibit hall floor until after the final session concludes, out of respect for our speakers.
** All booths must be completely set up by the listed time and no booth can begin to tear down until after the listed time. If it comes to our attention that you did your setup or tear down outside of these assigned times, you will be subject to a fine equal to 10% of your exhibit fee.
Food and Beverage Inside Exhibit Hall
Auto Finance News will have exclusively control over all food and beverage services inside the exhibit hall. No outside food or beverage vendors or service will be permitted without prior written consent from Auto Finance News.
*No food or beverage stations will be available to purchase or allowed at your booth during the morning coffee break on Tuesday May 13th
Important Deadlines:
Friday, April 11, 2025: Advance shipments may begin arriving at 8:00 AM
Monday, April 14, 2025: Advance order discount deadline with payment
Monday, April 21, 2025: Advance order deadline
Monday, May 5, 2025: Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive at Warehouse without surcharges.

Alliance Nationwide Exposition will be the Expo Services partner for the 2025 Auto Finance Summit East.
The initial email campaign inviting exhibitors to log into the event’s Exhibitor Portal will be sent from ExhibitorAssistance@alliance-exposition.com the week of March 10th. The sender name will be Alliance Nationwide Exposition. The Exhibitor Portal will be your one-stop shop for material handling and freight, Furnishing and monitors, other electronics, and show schedule details.
