2022 Exhibit Hall Schedule:

• Registration Begins: 8:00 am
• Setup – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Opening Cocktail Reception with Exhibitors: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Thursday, October 27, 2022

• Breakfast: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
• Mid-Morning Break with Exhibitors: 11:00 am – 11:45 am
• Afternoon Break with Exhibitors: 3:15 pm – 4:00 pm
• Cocktail Reception with Exhibitors: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Friday, October 28, 2022

• Breakfast with Exhibitors: 8:00 am – 9:15 am
• Tear-down: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

All booths must be completely setup by the listed time and no booth can begin tear down until after the listed time. If it comes to our attention that you did your setup or tear down outside of these assigned times, you will be subject to a fine equal to 10% of your exhibit fee.

Catering Options

Enhance your booth at the 2022 Auto Finance Summit by offering attendees a snack or beverage while they visit you and your team. A variety of snacks and drinks are available at the Wynn to order for your booth to provide to attendees. You can utilize this menu to make selections and reach out to Jaclyn Kumalaa at [email protected] to place your order no later than October 7, 2022 . Exhibitors will be billed directly for any food or beverage ordered for their booth.

*Specialty cocktails are not permitted to be served during the cocktail receptions on Wednesday, October 26 and Thursday, October 27.

Official Floorplan

Required Materials 

• Full Color Company logo in vector format (.eps, .ai, or .pdf) and a raster format (.jpg, .png) logo for our reference.
• 50 word company description and company URL for the conference mobile app and official website.
• Each standard booth includes two complimentary registrations. Please register your complimentary participants online through https://www.autofinance.live/register
• Enter the promo code given to you from the Auto Finance Summit events team, select the corresponding registration type “Sponsor” or “Exhibitor”. If you wish to register additional participants you can reference the same link and select the ticket type “Exhibitor” at the discounted rate of $1,295.

We want to ensure that your information will be included in conference promotional materials so please do your best to get us all the information as soon as possible.

Attendee Lists 

The pre-conference attendee list will be sent out two weeks before the Summit to the primary contact person at your company. The attendee list includes name, title, company, address, city, state, zip, telephone and email if opted-in. The final attendee list will be sent out within a week post-conference.

Important Shipping Deadlines:

• Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 21, 2022 – Shipments can start arriving at the GES Warehouse
• Tuesday, October 4, 2022– Discount deadline for orders placed with GES
• Thursday, October 20, 2022– 4:30 PM PST, deadline for shipments to arrive at the GES Warehouse. Shipments that arrive after 4:30 PM PST on October 20^th will incur a surcharge. ​
