J.D. Power

Kristen Lanzavecchia joined ALG in 2015 and is currently the Director of Industry Solutions within J.D. Power’s Valuation Services division. Kristen is responsible for ALG’s relationships with OEMs and Captive Finance companies. She provides data-driven insights and recommendations to OEMs to optimize brand value and competitiveness in the new and used markets. She also works closely with J.D. Power’s data scientists to ensure accuracy in the forecasting model and valuation guidebook updates. Prior to her current role, Kristen oversaw ALG’s residual value forecast of vehicles in the US and Canadian markets as well as the current market valuation via J.D. Power’s Used Car Guide product. 

Prior to joining ALG, Kristen worked for Hyundai Capital America. During her time there, she researched industry best practices and market landscape to develop strategies for internal improvement and long-term business plans. She also has experience working at automotive dealerships. 

In 2018, Kristen was honored by Auto Remarketing’s 40 Under 40. Kristen graduated from University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
