Shannon Mokhiber is Ford Credit executive vice president, North America. She leads Ford Credit’s business in the United States, Canada and Mexico including Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Previously, she was Chief Risk Officer. She also has served as vice president of North America Operations and vice president of U.S. Brand & Marketing.

Mokhiber began her career with Ford Credit in 1995 and has broad captive experience, including in marketing, brand, sales, originations, loss prevention, risk management and business center operations.

Mokhiber grew up in Niagara Falls, New York, and attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance and a master’s degree in business administration.

She lives with her husband, Ron, in Northville, Michigan.
