Andrew Leone is Chief Commercial Officer at Hyundai Capital America (HCA), where he is responsible for finance and insurance sales, product development and marketing efforts to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and dealer partners.

Andy began his career at HCA in 2008 and has held leadership roles in Mobility, Sales, Human Resources, Insurance, Commercial Credit and Risk. Prior to joining HCA, he held roles with multinational companies in the automotive and finance sectors including Daimler, Chrysler, and Nissan.

Andy received his Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, MS in Finance from Boston University, MBA from DePaul University, and BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese, having both worked and studied in Beijing, PRC.
