Doug Turner is the Senior Director of Acquisitions & Remarketing at America’s Car-Mart, based in Rogers, AR. He assumed this role in January 2024, bringing with him over 20 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. In this pivotal role, Doug is dedicated to driving strategic acquisitions and optimizing vehicle remarketing initiatives, contributing to the company’s four decades of continued success and growth.

Before joining America’s Car-Mart, Doug built a solid foundation at J. D. Byrider, starting in 1999. He initially managed the daily operations of the Company Store Service Departments and later advanced to become the Director of Asset Management. In this capacity, Doug oversaw a wide range of responsibilities, including inventory acquisitions, vehicle remarketing, logistics, retail pricing, and CNAC repossession management. He played a key role in the development and enhancement of the Vehicle Inventory and Service modules within the Discover Computer System, Byrider Systems’ proprietary software.
