NPA CEO Jim Woodruff to join Powersports Finance Summit 2026

Powersports Finance News is pleased to announce that industry veteran Jim Woodruff will take the stage at Powersports Finance Summit 2026 to provide a data-driven outlook for the powersports market. 

The summit will take place Sept. 16-17 at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown.

Woodruff, chief executive of National Powersport Auctions, will present “Powersports Market Review and Outlook for 2027” at 1:30 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Sept. 16. The session will examine sales, consumer demand, promotions and economic trends shaping the market, along with developments in electrification, OEM innovation and supply chain.

With more than 30 years of experience across the powersports and technology industries, Woodruff has spent the past two decades developing solutions for lenders, manufacturers and dealers. He also serves as a board member or adviser to several industry organizations, including the Motorcycle Industry Council and the National Powersports Dealer Association. 

Woodruff was the inaugural recipient of the Powersports Finance Achievement Award for executive leadership in 2023. 

The awards celebrate excellence in powersports lending and leasing, highlighting strong leadership during challenging market conditions and innovation across an evolving industry. 

2026 Powersports Finance Excellence Awards 

Nominations are now open for the 2026 Powersports Finance Excellence Awards, presented by Auto Finance News. 

Awards will be presented in four categories: 

  • Leadership; 
  • Company performance; 
  • Community service; and 
  • Technology 

Eligible nominees include powersports finance companies, leaders at the manager level or above and high-potential industry professionals. 

Submissions should outline the specific reasons for the nomination, including measurable achievements, leadership examples and contributions to innovation. A senior executive endorsement may also be included, when applicable. 

Winners will be announced during a luncheon Sept. 17.
