Sunny Karassik currently serves as the Experience Lead for Advisors to the President at Capital One. She is responsible for governance, execution of top strategic initiatives, and customer experience. Sunny also serves as a key leader of the Capital One Professional Women’s Network, who work to support philanthropic organizations in our local communities that impact both women and children. Within the last 23 years at Capital One, Sunny has held a variety of roles within Financial Services including Governance, Strategy, and Operations. In addition, she has led teams responsible for product management, process improvement, project management, and customer experience strategy.

Sunny is known for her amazing people leadership, flawless execution and well-managed coordination across teams. Sunny holds a BBA from Northern Arizona University. When she is not working, Sunny enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Jesse, and daughters, Juliet and Laurel, cooking, gardening, and listening to and attending rock concerts.
