REGISTERING YOUR TEAM USING YOUR UNIQUE COUPON CODE
In your confirmation email, you were given confirmation codes to use to register your team members:
- Complimentary registrations the quantity was noted in your Agreement
- Go to Sponsor Registration and enter your coupon code
- Make sure the quantity is set to 1 and click Register
- On the next page, click Add to Cart, confirm the quantity is still 1, then enter the coupon code you were sent and select Apply Coupon
- Scroll down, click Proceed to Checkout, and complete the checkout process
- Repeat these steps for each participant
- Please note: Each registration using a comp code must be completed separately

- Set the quantity (up to the number of guest registrations you were allocated per your Agreement)
- On the next screen, enter the coupon code you were given in your confirmation email for Guest Registrations
- Click Apply Coupon, then click Update Cart
- Scroll down to confirm the total is $0.00
- Click Proceed to Checkout and complete the registration form* You may share this code with your guests

Display Information
If your sponsor agreement includes a tabletop display space:
The display tables will all be located in the Pre-Function area outside of the Centennial Ballroom (where the general sessions will be held).
Display space selection will begin soon. You will receive an email to select your preferred space in the order that sponsorship payments were received.
Each display space includes:
- One (1) 6-foot table with linen
- Two (2) chairs
Important note: there will be no pipe & drape defining the display spaces.
Your display backdrop can be between 8ft – 10ft wide. All banners and backdrops MUST fit within a 10ft width. You are welcome to bring display furnishings but they must not extend out further than 8′ or wider than 10′.

Lead Capture
You will be able to capture contact information using the Whova mobile app! On the home page of the mobile app, click the blue button called “Scan Lead” and use the QR code scanner to scan the QR code on your contact’s badge. If you prefer to input the information manually, just click the link that’s called “Collect Leads/Contacts” and select 2. Add Leads Manually.

ATTENDEE LISTS
There will be a pre-show and a post-show attendee list sent (to the main contact of your sponsorship) in Excel format. The pre-show list will go out two weeks before the event starts. The post-show list will go out 24-48 hours after the show ends.
Notice: There has been a recent increase in companies promoting “pre-registration” lists for PowerSports Finance Summit 2026 and using the AFS, Auto Finance News, or PSFS logo in their communications. Please disregard these offers — they are not legitimate lists of “pre-registered” attendees. Auto Finance News does not sell or distribute attendee lists. Only official event sponsors receive the verified registered attendee lists at the scheduled times before and after the event.
Certificate of Insurance Requirement for Sponsors with Tabletop Displays
The Insurance section of the Royal Media Terms & Conditions reads as follows:
In order to protect Exhibitor, the ROYAL MEDIA, the City, and the Facility and your Exhibit and property against loss, damage, theft or injury of any nature, and any claims arising from any activities conducted at the Facility, Exhibitor, at its own expense, will carry the following Insurance:
1) Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (including contractual and copyright infringement coverage), with limits not less than $1,000,000 with respect to injuries to any one person in any one occurrence, $2,000,000 with respect to injuries to more than one person in any occurrence, and $2,000,000 with respect to damage of property;
2) Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance to statutory limits; and
3) all other necessary insurance policies, for the duration of the Show, including all moving-in and move-out days. Further, Exhibitor agrees to add ROYAL MEDIA and the Facility as “additional insured” on their insurance policy for the dates of the Show.
ROYAL MEDIA must receive written proof indicating “additional insured” status, and certificates of insurance at least thirty (30) days prior to the Show. [Not applicable to exhibitors exhibiting solely with virtual exhibition booths.]
