BADGE POLICY
Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception, the exhibit hall, and all conference keynotes and sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. Badge sharing is not allowed. There are no exceptions to this policy.
DRESS CODE
Business Casual Dress is recommended. Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
Weather in Las Vegas
October offers a sweet spot for Las Vegas temperatures.
- Expect daytime highs in the mid-80s, though it can fluctuate with some days reaching the upper 90s and others dropping to the 50s
- Evenings can be cool, with temperature differences of up to 30 degrees between day and night
- The desert climate is dry, so packing lotion and lip balm is recommended

Caesars Palace is an iconic, Greco-Roman themed luxury resort and casino located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Opened in 1966, the sprawling 85-acre property features nearly 4,000 hotel rooms, world-class entertainment, and high-end shopping.
Caesars Palace Las Vegas is the exclusive lodging partner for Auto Finance Summit 2026. The room block cut-off date is Thursday, September 3, 2026.

Like most Las Vegas resorts, Caesars Las Vegas charges a daily resort fee, which covers daily in-room WiFi for two devices, daily access to the fitness room, and all local phone calls.
TRANSPORTATION
RIDESHARE
- The official rideshare pickup and drop-off zone at Caesars Palace is located in the valet parking garage in the back of the property (lower level). Drop-offs for Uber and Lyft can generally still be requested near the main casino entrance, but pickups must happen at the designated rideshare lot. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
FROM THE AIRPORT
Harry Reid (formerly McCarran) International Airport (LAS) is the main airport serving Las Vegas. It’s located about two miles from the Las Vegas Strip and 15 miles from downtown. Several transportation options are available for getting to and from the airport, including public transit, taxis, ride-sharing services, and rental cars. Uber and Lyft pickups are typically located on Level 2 of the parking garage for Terminal 1, and on the valet level of the parking garage for Terminal 3.
