Please call the Front Desk if you need to check out late, as late checkout is based on availability.

Note: Room rates at the Sonesta Columbus Downtown are subject to a daily Destination Fee of $20.00 (plus applicable taxes), which includes:

  • 24/7 access to state-of-the-art fitness center
  • Basic Wi-Fi for unlimited devices
  • 2 bottles of water upon arrival
  • In-room coffee/tea offering
  • $10 daily food & beverage credit

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The Sonesta Columbus Downtown is about 8 miles from John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), a drive of about 10 minutes. For Lyft or Uber, simply use their app; the arrivals level (level 1 of the terminal), cross the Arrivals drive to the ground transportation area, and stand between the columns to the right. For taxi service, call the airport’s Taxi Management team at 614-239-TAXI if you are unable to find a taxi at the stand, which is also on the ground transportation level. If you plan to rent a vehicle, valet and self-parking are both available at the hotel:

  • Overnight Valet Parking: $42/night
  • Sonesta Self-Parking: $32
  • Daily Event Valet Parking: $20
  • In and out privileges
  • Hotel guests’ cars can stay until 04:00 PM on the day of departure
  • Scan the QR code at the entryway for self-parking

ONSITE

BADGE POLICY

Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception and all conference sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. Badge sharing is not allowed. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

DRESS CODE

Business Casual Dress is recommended.  Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. 

REGISTRATION HOURS

Registration will take place at the entrance to the Ballroom Pre-function area.

Tuesday, September 23: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday, September 24: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 

MEALS & RECEPTION

Breakfast:

Served Wednesday, September 24th from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

Coffee/Snack Breaks:

Available during scheduled coffee breaks both days in the Pre-function area.

Lunch:

Served Tuesday, September 23rd from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM in the General Session Ballroom during the Roundtable Discussion: Supporting Dealers and Fostering Industry Growth.

Served Wednesday, September 24th from 12:15 PM to 1:30 PM in the General Session Ballroom during the PowerSports Achievement Awards.

Dinner:

On your own both evenings – take advantage of the many dining and entertainment options Columbus has to offer! If you’re not sure where to go, just ask at the front or concierge desk.

The average temperature in Columbus in late September for a typical day ranges from a high of 75° F (24° C) to a low of 55° F (13° C). The general area may also feel breezy at times. Lots of sunshine, with comfortable humidity, and the whole area is in full bloom.
