Stellantis Financial Services CFO Bennie Duck joins fireside chat at Auto Finance Capital Summit

The CFO has been has been with Stellantis for close to 30 years. Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) formed in 2021 when the manufacturer acquired F1 Holdings, the parent company of First Investors Financial Services Group.
SFS’ managed lease portfolio stood at $10.6 billion, up 110% year over year, with 244,618 contracts as of Sept. 30, according to a Dec. 1 S&P Global presale report of the financier’s most recent auto asset-backed lease deal. The lender is a programmatic issuer in the auto ABS market.
The financier’s total portfolio surpassed $20 billion as of Sept. 30, Duck told AFN.
