Chase Auto’s Rohan Kakar joins Auto Finance Summit East 

Auto Finance News is pleased to announce that Rohan Kakar, head of retail and consumer strategy at Chase Auto, will join a panel on the future of digital transformation at Auto Finance Summit East, taking place May 11-13 at JW Marriott Nashville.

Kakar will join executives from PenFed Credit Union and Alfa to discuss technologies such as embedded finance, personalization, and the use of AI to improve digital retailing in a session set for Tuesday, May 12, at 3:45 p.m. CT.

Kakar oversees transformation initiatives across dealer and direct-to-consumer lending channels at Chase Auto while also advancing the lender’s omnichannel strategy. He oversees API-driven integrations and AI-enabled decisioning to drive portfolio growth and improve customer experience.  

As of yearend 2024, Chase Auto was the fourth-largest auto lender by outstandings, according to the latest Big Wheels Rankings data. Chase Auto’s originations in the fourth quarter of 2025 increased 1.9% year over year to $10.8 billion, while loan and lease outstandings landed at $89.7 billion, up 5.1% YoY.  

Kakar has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry, having held capital markets and strategy leadership roles at Boston Consulting GroupGoldman Sachs and Deloitte during his tenure.
