Tricolor’s Eduardo Perez joins Auto Finance Summit East 2025 

Auto Finance News is pleased to announce that Eduardo Perez, chief customer officer at Tricolor, will join a conversation on subprime lending strategies during Auto Finance Summit East 2025, taking place May 12-14 at the JW Marriott in Nashville, Tenn.

Perez has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and joined Tricolor Holdings in 2019. During his tenure, he has served in roles across sales and loan servicing, assisting with creating scalable operations and improving customer experience.  

Tricolor specializes in using artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide vehicle financing to Hispanic consumers with thin or no credit history. The company is also a national leader in used-car sales with a $1.5 billion portfolio across the United States and Mexico. 

The subprime session will kick off on May 13 at 4:15 p.m. and will dive into: 

  • Automating income validation to enhance originations;  
  • Using alternative data to more accurately predict risk in underwriting; and 
  • Navigating higher costs of car ownership amid tariffs and the impact on credit performance. 

Perez joins speakers from Arivo Acceptance, Consumer Portfolio Services and FinBe USA. The session will be led by Fimanco President and Chief Executive Bruce Newmark, formally chief adviser of Vroom and United Auto Credit Corp.
