Structured Finance Association’s Callahan, AX Partners’ Luan join Auto Finance Summit 2025

Xiaowei Luan
career of nearly 30 years in the financial industry includes stints at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.
Luan co-founded capital markets service company AX Partners in 2023 and has served as managing partner since its launch, according to LinkedIn. Her 30-year career includes leadership positions at GE and GE Capital.

The session “Presentation: Capital markets in flux” will take place on Friday, Oct. 17, at 9 a.m. local time and will be followed by a question-and-answer segment with the two panelists. The session will touch on:
- Monetary policy influence on spreads and investor sentiment;
- Credit tier performance and issuance; and
- Strategies for liquidity and capital acquisition.
