We’re excited to announce that PowerSports Finance Summit 2026 will be using the Whova App to deliver a smarter, more connected event experience. If you sign into Whova with the same email address you used to register for PSFS, you’ll be automatically synced with the Mobile App.
The official event mobile app is your all-in-one tool to network with attendees, connect with sponsors, attend sessions, and stay organized while onsite.

Business Card Information Sharing
You will be able to capture contact information using the Whova mobile app! On the home page of the mobile app, click the blue button called “Scan Lead” and use the QR code scanner to scan the QR code on your contact’s badge. If you prefer to input the information manually, just click the link that’s called “Collect Leads/Contacts” and select 2. Add Leads Manually.

TRANSPORTATION
The Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel is located about 12 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The most direct and affordable way to get there is by taking the MARTA train, though rideshares are also widely available.
If you plan to rent a vehicle, valet and self-parking are both available at the hotel:
- Hourly Valet Parking: Varies (0 to 3 hours typically starts around $26)
- Overnight Valet Parking: $66/night
- Self parking: Not available
BADGE POLICY
Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception and all conference sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. Badge sharing is not allowed. There are no exceptions to this policy.
DRESS CODE
Business Casual Dress is recommended. Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.

Registration will take place at the entrance to the Ballroom Pre-function area.

Served Thursday, September 17th from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
Coffee/Snack Breaks:
Available during scheduled coffee breaks both days in the Pre-function area.
Lunch:
Served Thursday, September 17th from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM in the General Session Ballroom.
Dinner:
On your own – take advantage of the many dining and entertainment options Atlanta has to offer! If you’re not sure where to go, just ask at the front or concierge desk.
