As Managing Vice President and Head of Capital One’s Auto Refinance line of business within Financial Services (FS), Allison is dedicated to helping customers replace their current auto loan with a loan that better suits their needs, saving them millions of dollars each year.
One of the most mission-driven parts of the organization, the Auto Refinance team works to simplify the auto refinance process—from pre-qualification to funding—with an intuitive online experience that allows customers to check for savings, select an offer and finish their refinance application when and where it’s convenient for them.
Leaning into innovation and a supportive team culture, Allison believes success is driven by collective effort and is immensely passionate about ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience with Capital One.
Prior to her ownership of Auto Refinance, Allison led the FS Loan Servicing team where her team worked to drive a seamless onboarding and account management for auto loan customers.
Allison has held a number of roles during her nearly 17-year tenure at Capital One, including the launch of Capital One Auto Finance’s Dealer Navigator, managing Dealer Auto’s subprime, near-prime and prime credit programs as well as building an end-to-end infrastructure to automate credit policy and pricing assignment across the credit spectrum, and leading FS Strategy.
Allison is a Florida native, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Emory University. She and her husband, Michael, have two children, Brady 8 and Mia 5.
