Anne Alburo is the National Credit Director for Chase Auto. She transitioned to this role in May 2023 and is responsible for managing underwriting teams across the nation for the Dealer Services team. Prior to this role, she was Head of Customer Engagement in Vehicle Remarketing, where she led different groups that interacted with lease-end customers. She is the Executive Sponsor for JPMorgan Chase’s business resource group AsPIRE (Asians and Pacific Islanders Reaching for Excellence) and is a strong advocate of the Asian and Pacific Islander communities. Anne resides in Tempe, Arizona where she lives with her daughter, and enjoys music and traveling.
