Mr. Duck joined the Company in May 1996 in his current capacity.  Mr. Duck is primarily responsible for all treasury, accounting, information technology, regulatory compliance, risk management and vendor compliance activities of the organization. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the holding company and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Stellantis Financial Services, he spent 10 years with Bank of America’s predecessor firms in various capacities, most recently as Vice President of Corporate Finance where his responsibilities included corporate lending and capital market activities for both high-yield and high-grade clients.   His previous experience includes middle market corporate finance and real estate construction and development finance.  He holds a BBA degree in Finance and Economics from Baylor University.
