Betty Jotanovic joined Santander Consumer USA in August 2018, with more than 20 years of experience in the automotive and financial services industries specializing in senior level leadership in underwriting, funding, collections, business strategy, and tax and treasury. 

Betty is also a licensed attorney. Prior to joining SC, Betty led the credit and fulfillment organization at Bank of America for the automotive, RV and Volvo captive lines of business. She has also held senior operational leadership roles for GE Capital and Chrysler Financial. 

Additionally, Betty has experience with global collections, strategies and technology, having led teams overseeing, accounts receivable operations in 19 countries. 

Betty resides in Dallas, TX, with her husband and sons. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and going to the beach.
