Mr. Hewitt leads the strategy, growth, and profitability for the U.S. Captive Finance arm of Yamaha Motor Company supporting six product lines across 2000 dealers and 1800 golf courses – managing $2.7B in receivables across four portfolios.
Prior to joining Yamaha in August 2020, Mr. Hewitt was CEO of Carfinance.com, a Direct to Consumer (DTC) auto finance platform. During his 30+ year career, Mr. Hewitt has held senior roles with General Motors Financial, HSBC Auto Finance and Capital One Auto Finance.
Mr. Hewitt earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. He is married with five children and resides in Acworth, GA.
