David Spriegel leads Secured Consumer Lending at USAA Bank consisting of Auto and Recreation Finance. He is responsible for end-to-end management of the product including strategic positioning, value proposition, business performance and the P&L.  He also leads teams responsible for pricing and forecasting for the Consumer Lending suite of products (Auto, Recreation Finance, Unsecured and HELOC).

Prior to joining USAA Bank, David was at M&T Bank where he managed the Indirect Auto Product. In that role, David was responsible for P&L and pricing, program development, risk oversight and compliance. Before moving into product management, David was part of M&T’s in-house legal department for five years supporting the consumer lending products and prior to that spent time in private practice focusing on litigation.
