Diane Roth is the CFO of KTM North America, one of the leading OEM brands in the industry. Diane joined KTM and the Powersports Industry at the same time, 7 years ago. In her role, in addition to providing financial strategic leadership to the growing North American business, she provides strategic oversight and guidance across IT, Legal and HR. For over 3 years, Diane had also overseen motorcycles warehousing and transportation in North America, ensuring 100k+ motorcycles reached their dealers safely and on time.

Prior to joining KTM, Diane held progressively senior leadership roles at Bertelsmann, including Chief Financial Officer of Alliant International University in San Diego and Vice President Transformation Management in Germany. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at General Electric (GE), providing her with a wide operational and strategic experience across multiple industries and business in 11 countries.

Diane holds a PhD in Leadership from Alliant International University in San Diego and 2 Masters degrees in Law and International Relations from the University of Paris 1 Sorbonne in France and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna in Austria.
