Douglas W. Marohn is Chief Executive Officer of Edge Financial Services, bringing more than 32 years of executive leadership experience in consumer finance with a specialized focus on subprime auto finance and the independent dealer channel.

Throughout his career, Doug has held senior leadership positions with Nicholas Financial, TMX Finance, Metrolina Credit Company, and FlexPath Capital, where he successfully led operational improvements, business growth, portfolio performance, and strategic transformation initiatives. He also founded Creditum Professional Advisory, providing consulting services to specialty finance companies on strategy, operations, and growth.

In March 2026, Doug was appointed CEO of 1803 Capital / Edge Financial Services, where he is leading the Company’s transformation through the EDGE 2.0 initiative. This strategy is focused on building a comprehensive dealer-centric platform that combines point-of-sale originations, portfolio acquisitions, independent dealer floorplan financing, and warehouse credit facilities to better serve dealers and their customers.
