Ernst Jan van Eijkelenburg is the Chief Executive Officer, President and Region Manager for the North America Region at Volkswagen Financial Services, overseeing operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. He assumed the CEO role in June 2023 after serving as Regional Manager and Chairman of Volkswagen Financial Services China.  

His 30-year global automotive career spans retail, fleet, wholesale, and captive finance, including leadership roles within PON mobility solutions and Volkswagen Pon Financial Services. A native of the Netherlands, Ernst holds a degree in Economics from Hogeschool Utrecht and advanced credentials in consumer credit and management.
