Hayden Griffitts serves as Director of Lending at Ken Garff Automotive Group, where he oversees lender relationships, product development, training, and strategy across more than 70 stores.

In his role, Hayden leads the group’s preferred lender strategy, working to optimize lending partnerships and F&I back-end profitability while supporting sales volume. He and his team focus on the systems and data behind the retail finance experience. Before joining Ken Garff, Hayden spent four years in real estate private equity, where he acquired and managed institutional multifamily assets across the Southeast United States. That background informs the data-driven, analytical approach he and his team bring to the retail finance business today.

Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University and resides in the Salt Lake City area with his wife and child.
