Mr. Morgan is a 33-year veteran of the automotive industry, specializing in auto leasing and finance. Early in his career, he managed a small auto facilitator in Texas, helping grow it into the largest direct-to-consumer leasing company in the country. He subsequently founded MUSA Auto Finance and Mortgages USA, with MUSA later acquired by what is now AmeriTrust Financial Technologies.

Mr. Morgan is best known in the industry as the first National Lease Partner to Tesla, where he and his team developed first-of-its-kind consumer-facing technology for new and used Tesla leases. His pioneering business models and technology solutions led to partnerships with leading investment banks, private equity firms, credit unions, and automotive industry participants.

Today, as CEO and Chairman of publicly traded AmeriTrust Financial Technologies, Mr. Morgan is leading the charge to unlock the largely untapped used-vehicle leasing market — a segment that currently represents just 3% of used-car transactions compared to 25% in new-vehicle sales. AmeriTrust’s proprietary fintech-driven platform delivers simultaneous loan and lease decisions from a single dealer application, with same-day funding and live inventory lease payment calculators. Now operating across 42 states plus DCand expanding nationally, the company is backed by institutional investors and targets the trillion dollar U.S. auto finance market.
