Jennifer oversees F&I operations for a multi-state automotive dealership group with 32 locations. She leads the group’s F&I strategy and performance, including lender and partner relationships, warranty partnerships and protection product offerings.

She also plays a key role in the group’s F&I technology strategy, working closely with software partners to improve F&I processes, develop in-store solutions, and implement system integrations.
