In her current role at U.S. Bank, Kristina leads Dealer Services national product and strategy functions including product management, project management, pricing, marketing intelligence, and Dealer Services end-to-end digital initiatives. Kristina also oversees the business line’s direct to consumer vehicle products & national Vehicle Concierge team. Prior to her time in the financial industry, Kristina’s background was primarily in digital marketing and network television broadcast promotions and sales. Kristina joined U.S. Bank in 2011 to support the Student Lending division as the User Experience Strategist managing all digital and web-based components for the wholly digital product. Kristina then moved into the larger Direct to Consumer product space where she has managed and built project teams and built out risk prevention and risk management programs including audit/issue management processes and Quality Control (QC) and business control programs. Kristina attended ABA Compliance School in 2017 and is a CBA Executive Banking School graduate. She is also a member of the American Financial Services Association where she participates in the Women’s Leadership Council. Kristina lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband Brad, son Nolan and their two dogs (Bentley and Nova).
