Kristina Bolte

Vice President of Dealer Services Digital, Direct & Alliance Programs

In her current role at U.S. Bank Kristina leads Dealer Services end-to-end digital strategies including both consumer and dealer customer interactions and experiences. Kristina also owns and manages the business line’s direct to consumer vehicle products & alliance partner relationship programs. Prior to her time in the financial industry, Kristina’s background was primarily in digital marketing and network television broadcast promotions and sales. Kristina joined U.S. Bank in 2011 to support the Student Lending division as the User Experience Strategist managing all digital and web-based components for the wholly digital product. Kristina then moved into the larger Direct to Consumer product space where she has managed and built project teams, helped transition teams from waterfall to agile methodologies, and built out risk prevention and risk management programs including audit/issue management processes and Quality Control (QC) and business control programs. Kristina completed ABA Compliance School in 2017 and participates in CBA Executive Banking School. She is also a member of the American Financial Services Association where she participates in the Women’s Leadership Council. 

Kristina is passionate about helping young girls and women build confidence and transition into the professional world in her community and serves as a Chapter Advisory Board member for a national sorority and participates in support programs and fundraising efforts for the Girl Scouts of the USA and Prevent Child Abuse America. 

Kristina lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband Brad, son Nolan and their two dogs (Bentley and Nova).
