Lindsay Casas serves as Director of Financial Services for Group 1 Automotive, where she leads financial services strategy, performance, and compliance across the organization’s F&I operations. In her role, Lindsay leads regional and centralized finance teams and helps shape the policies, processes, and strategies that support F&I performance across the organization.

With 18 years at Group 1 Automotive, Lindsay brings a comprehensive perspective to the automotive retail industry, shaped by experience across public and private dealer groups as well as the F&I vendor sector. She began her dealership career at the age of 17 as a receptionist and steadily advanced through increasingly senior roles, including Finance Administrator, Finance Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Director, General Sales Manager, and Regional Finance Director. Throughout her career, she has worked across import, domestic, and luxury automotive brands, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the diverse operational and customer dynamics within automotive retail.

Known for her innovative thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, Lindsay has led several transformative initiatives across the organization. Most notably, she designed and scaled Group 1’s Centralized Virtual F&I model, helping establish a more flexible and innovative approach to delivering financial services. Her leadership has also strengthened F&I performance across the organization, with a focus on operational excellence, consistent execution, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Lindsay has also played a key role in advancing the organization’s digital transformation efforts, helping modernize processes, improve operational efficiency, and create a more seamless experience for teams and customers.

Lindsay studied business at the University of Houston and continues to expand her professional education. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and advancing innovative financial services strategies that support sustainable business performance, operational excellence, and compliance.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys running, pickleball, fishing, and spending time with her family.
