With over 40 years of experience in financial services, Mark has been a key contributor in starting several financial institutions, including Farm Bureau Bank. During his 25 years with the bank, Mark has had primary responsibility for maintaining the bank’s operational infrastructure and has managed multiple support functions including operations, IT, project management, information security, and customer service. In his current role of Chief Transformation Officer, Mark is leading an internal team devoted to transforming the bank’s digital origination, onboarding, and servicing processes. Mark is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University.
