Retail Finance Lead

Mark joined BRP in September 2023 as the Retail Finance lead for BRP North America supporting powersports and marine divisions for the US and Canada markets. He is responsible for supporting sales growth by utilizing retail finance strategies and promotions as well as seeking out additional opportunities to further contribute to the cross-functional teams he is proud to work with. He also manages the partnerships with BRP’s lending partners for both markets.

Prior to joining BRP, Mark spent several years in financial risk and data analytics with lenders in the powersports finance industry, where he contributed to the development and implementation of credit/underwriting policies, as well as the build-out of financial dashboards and scorecards. He has also worked on system implementations.

Before joining the powersports industry, Mark worked in the manufacturing industry that supplied components to OEMs worldwide. He worked a variety of roles from being a planner to overseeing international logistics and supervising multiple assembly lines.

Mark is a graduate of the Florida Gulf Coast University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and cat. He is a power sports and automotive enthusiast and enjoys spending time in the outdoors as much as possible.
