Mike Bagull is the Vice President of Partnerships and Sales, RV and Marine at Octane® (Octane Lending Inc.), the fintech unlocking the power of financial products for retailers and consumers. 

In this role, Mike leads the RV and Marine Sales and Partnerships teams and is responsible for driving the company’s go-to-market strategy and cultivating relationships with its OEM and dealer partners. 

Under Mike’s leadership, Octane has significantly expanded its presence in the RV and Marine industries. In the first half of 2026, the company grew originations by 140% and 125% year-over-year, respectively. He also supported the launch of Octane’s innovative Captive-as-a-Service offering for the RV industry; Octane and Camping World announced the Good Sam Powered by Octane captive brand in December 2025.  

Mike has over two decades of experience in consumer finance, sales, and partnerships. Prior to joining Octane in January 2025, he led the Enterprise Business Development, Partnerships, and E-Commerce teams at a large lease -to – own finance company. Before that,he served in various sales and partnerships leadership roles at a large national lender, where he scaled originations and secured large-scale enterprise partnerships. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University. 

Out of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and son, being outdoors, playing baseball, golf, and tennis, and coaching youth sports.
