Nick Waddell is the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Financial Services for Dimmitt Automotive Group and Cycle Springs Powersports. The group is based out of Clearwater, FL and represents 9 new car franchises and 10 powersport and marine franchises. Nick brings 28 years of automotive experience to the Dimmitt Organization as a sales associate, finance manager, general sales manager, and general manager. In March of 2023, Nick graduated from the NADA Dealer Academy.

Much of the focus on the past few years has been developing a digital F&I process within the group’s dealerships by utilizing video conferencing tools and digital signing platforms. Nick says, “By providing a remote signing experience and integrating video (Zoom) conferencing, we have been able to create a customer experience that is unmatched. It has really helped us eliminate some of the friction points of the car buying experience by meeting people where they are and how they desire to transact.”
