Peter C. Sayer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FlexPath Capital, a specialty finance company that provides innovative inventory financing solutions to independent automotive dealers nationwide through disciplined underwriting, advanced risk management, and technology-enabled servicing. Under his leadership, FlexPath has built a reputation for operational excellence, resilient portfolio performance, and expanding access to capital within the wholesale automotive finance ecosystem. Beyond his executive responsibilities, Peter serves as Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board for Hillsborough County Public Schools—the seventh-largest public school district in the United States—where he helps shape entrepreneurship education and workforce development initiatives. He is also a faculty lecturer and volunteer executive coach with The Honor Foundation, mentoring U.S. Special Operations Forces members as they transition to leadership roles in the private sector. Peter is an active member of InfraGard, reflecting his commitment to protecting critical infrastructure and advancing collaboration between the private sector and federal law enforcement on security and risk management.
