Raymond “RJ” Naples is Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Veros Credit, LLC, a Santa Ana, California-based finance company specializing in subprime and near-prime auto lending, operating through a network of dealer partners across roughly 30 states.

RJ advises the business on litigation, regulatory and governmental affairs, and consumer finance compliance, and heads the Compliance Department. His work spans the federal statutory and regulatory framework governing auto finance and consumer lending (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, etc.), state law equivalents, and privacy and data governance (GLBA, CCPA).

RJ also supports the transaction side, such as dealer and vendor agreements, portfolio acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.
