Sandra Giron is a seasoned leader in financial services with deep expertise in servicing operations, collateral management, regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, and financial crimes investigations across the powersports, marine, and automotive sectors.

As Sr. Group Servicing Operations Manager at Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance, she leads the strategic development of servicing operations, supports compliance and AML programs, and partners with cross-functional teams including Corporate Planning.

Previously at Yamaha Financial Services, Sandra played a key role in building the servicing and collateral departments for both credit card and installment portfolios. She also developed and led the company’s BSA/AML program as the BSA/AML Officer, managed the fraud department, and conducted annual BSA/AML risk assessments. In addition, she oversaw international call centers and supported global operations by identifying process gaps and implementing targeted improvements.
