Scot Seagrave is the CEO and Managing Director of FinBe USA, formerly Credito Real USA Finance, an auto lending company specializing in financing customers with credit challenges. He has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, and most recently facilitated and managed the sale of Credito Real USA Finance to Bepensa, a Mexican business group comprised of over 40 companies, which has been rebranded as FinBe USA.

Scot is a graduate of North Carolina State and began his career as a stock broker and equities trader in New York City. He then moved to Virginia to cut his teeth in the automotive industry at a large retailer and then to Dallas where he was  Senior Vice President for Driversselect.  Here, Scot helped oversee the day to day operations of five dealership locations, to include sales, finance and banking relationships.  Scot then joined Prestige Financial Services as the SVP of Originations,  where he was responsible for loan production, sales, marketing, underwriting and funding.  After five great years in Utah, Scot and his family moved to South Florida where he became a partner with the owners of AFS Acceptance.  In addition to his daily responsibility of making sure the company ran smoothly and profitably, Scot oversaw the sale of AFS Acceptance to Credito Real in 2017 and a second sale to Bepensa in 2023.
