Yordanka Martin is the Vice President of Risk Management, CRO at Harley-Davidson Financial Services where she leads the Risk and Business Intelligence teams. She previously spent almost 11 years at Hyundai Capital America holding leadership roles in Finance, Operations and Consumer Risk Management, most recently as the Department Head of Consumer Risk Management. Yordanka’s expertise is in process automation, building monitoring frameworks and talent development to ensure organizations have a robust people & process structure to deliver value within their risk appetite. Yordanka is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA with distinctions from the Yale School of Management.
