RIDESHARE

The JW Marriott Nashville is centrally located in downtown Nashville, making it easily accessible via rideshare services like Uber and Lyft.

Hotel Pickup & Drop-Off:

  • Rideshare pickups and drop-offs are typically conducted at the hotel’s main entrance on 8th Avenue South.
  • For the most accurate pickup location, confirm with the hotel concierge or front desk upon arrival.​

From Nashville International Airport (BNA):

  • Rideshare pickups at BNA occur at the Ground Transportation Center, located on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
  • To reach this area:
    • Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
    • Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2.
    • Overhead signs will direct you to the Ground Transportation Center. ​

    • Available starting at 8:00 AM in the exhibit hall
  • Coffee & Snacks:
    • Available during scheduled coffee breaks on both days
    • Look for refreshment stations in the exhibit hall
  • Lunch:
    • Provided on Tuesday, May 13 only
    • Enjoy a seated or buffet lunch with fellow attendees
  • Dinner:
    • Open on all evenings — take advantage of Nashville’s exceptional dining scene!

DRESS CODE

Business casual is recommended for all sessions and networking events.
Don’t forget to bring a light layer — meeting rooms may be cool.

BADGE POLICY

Badges must be worn at all times while attending sessions, meals, and networking events. For security reasons, lost badges may require reprint verification at the registration desk.
