During this engaging workshop, attendees will learn the power of a simple question – why? Participants will break into small groups to define a key problem or challenge facing the auto finance industry. The problem could be industrywide, or company-specific. The groups then will ask the question: Why do we have this problem? By asking “why” five times, you’ll have rich discussions that will get to the root of the issue –and you’ll come away with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
