Chase Auto’s Laurinda Rainey to speak at Auto Finance Summit East 2026

Auto Finance News is pleased to announce that Laurinda Rainey, managing director and head of consumer and digital channels at Chase Auto, will join a discussion at Auto Finance Summit East, taking place May 11-13 at the JW Marriott Nashville.

Rainey will discuss automation innovation, affordability concerns and inflation in a session titled “Executive dialogue on strategies for the next era in auto finance” set for Tuesday, May 12, at 9:45 a.m. local time.

Rainey previously led Chase’s Travel & Affinity portfolio, including partnerships with United Airlines, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), British Airways, and Iberia Airlines via Avios, before she started in her current role in November 2025. She also held leadership roles at Walmart and American Express.

  • Duane Freeman, senior vice president and client direct sales executive at Bank of America.

Chase Auto was the fourth-largest auto lender by outstandings at yearend 2024, according to the latest Big Wheels ranking data. The bank’s auto lease and originations totaled $10.4 billion in the first quarter of 2026, down 2.8% year over year, according to its April 14 earnings supplement.

Chase’s average auto operating lease assets rose 49.5% YoY to $20.4 billion in Q1, according to the supplement.
