Hyundai Capital CEO Marcelo Brutti joins AFS East 2024 fireside chat

Brutti will sit down with AFN to discuss the lender’s strategy execution, technological advancements and market expectations for the remainder of 2024. Brutti is responsible for setting up Hyundai Capital America’s (HCA) regional operating model to drive increased alignment in the America’s, Ross Williams, head of the lender’s Americas region, previously said.
The CEO served as chief risk officer at HCA from March 2016 to July 2019, and rejoined HCA in April 2023 following a three-year tenure as chief risk officer at City National Bank. Brutti previously served as chief risk officer at Santander Bank, senior vice president of risk management TD Bank Group and senior business leader Visa.
Hyundai Capital America’s managed portfolio totaled $34.3 billion as of June 30, 2023, an increase of 17.1% year over year, according to an Oct. 30, 2023, auto asset-backed securities presale report from Fitch Ratings.
