As Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Officer and Head of Capital One Navigator Platform, Annie leads cross functional teams that deliver an end-to-end exceptional car buying experience utilizing an end-to-end digital auto buying platform. 

With a strong focus on innovation and customer-back design, the team is leading the way to create the future of auto financing. Annie is accountable for an extensive and diverse associate population that is inclusive to several job families ranging from Customer Service Representative to Fraud Risks Specialist, Business Analyst to Data Scientist, Data Engineers to Software Engineers and Product Developers to Project Managers with a keen focus as the Accountable Executive of the Product Job Family within Capital One Financial Services. 

Surrounding herself by diverse thinking coupled with her passion for thoughtful design and product development has paved the way for ground breaking innovations leveraging artificial intelligence that are resonating with our customers.  

Annie rejoined Capital One in August 2015 as a Vice President in COAF Marketing and Analytics, having worked for Capital One from 2002 – 2004 as a Business Analyst. She has previously been the Head of Dealer Marketing and Analytics from 2019-2021, and in 2021 Annie was named as the Head of the Auto Refinance Division before most recently taking on the Head of Navigator Platform. 

Annie is an avid traveler and has been to six out of seven continents. When she is not traveling, you can find her cooking something tasty with her husband Tad and two children Jack and Eleanor or out enjoying the Dallas music and arts scene.  

Prior to joining Capital One, Annie was the Vice President, Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy for Hyundai Capital America for 2 years. Prior to Hyundai, Annie was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. 

Annie loves learning about a range of topics and earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a M.A in International Policy Studies from Stanford University, where she simultaneously completed her undergraduate B.A.
