Chase Auto
Anuj Jain is the head of Product and Consumer Lending for Chase Auto. In this role he is responsible for leading the direct-to-consumer strategy for auto financing, as well as Agile product development.
Prior to joining the automotive division, Anuj led transformation efforts for Chase’s home lending business, including Customer Engagement, Retention and Servicing Transformation efforts. He also successfully managed Default Servicing, Government Financial Operations and Shared Services functions such as Customer Remediations, Servicing MIS and Fees.
Prior to joining Chase in 2015, he worked for Bank of America for 11 years where his role spanned from leading Mortgage default strategy and analytics to driving Credit Card product and market expansion strategies.
He has also worked as a consultant for Ernst and Young LLP leading Sarbanes Oxley and consulting engagements. Anuj started his career working for Citicorp Credit Services India Limited and later worked for Industrial Credit Investment Corporation of India to launch and establish Credit Card operations in northern India.
Anuj has a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Masters in Accounting and Information Management degree from University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Jain lives in McKinney, Texas, with his wife and two children.
