You’ll find Owner and Co-founder of Destination Cycle, Bob Kee, welcoming customers to Destination Cycle every day with an open door and a passion for turning dreams into reality. 
Bob and his wife, Sarah, working side by side, saw the need in 2000 for a new business in the Texas Hill Country which stemmed from their shared love of motorcycles. On Bob’s  many bike trips, he met many other cycling enthusiasts who agreed that the Texas Hill Country was the best destination for riding not only in Texas, but the greater Southwest United States. 

“We have the greatest roads for cycling with just the perfect blend of smoothness and curves,” says Bob, “The ruggedness of the off-road Hill Country terrain is a dream come true for Side x Sides, ATVs and dirt bikers.” 

Although Sarah retired from supervising the Service Department in 2020, Bob stays highly involved in the operations of Destination Cycle, enjoying every aspect of our fun-loving customers, exemplary products, and serving the Texas Hill Country. 

Bob is a long-time member of our local Salvation Army Advisory Board, on the Board of the National Powersports Dealer Association, and a Board member of the Texas Motorcycle Dealer Association. . 

When he’s not in the store or cycling through the Hill Country, Bob and Sarah enjoy the outdoors working on their ranch just outside of Kerrville, which is the home to rescue horses, rescue donkeys, Scimitar Oryx, Blackbuck Antelope and TWO young camels!   A family man, Bob and Sarah have a son, Tyler and daughter, Anne.  Tyler, his wife Molly and grandsons Jonah, Wyatt and Riley bring much delight when visiting.  Daughter Anne, who calls Austin, Texas home, enjoys a successful career there.
