Chris Kukla (appearing in his personal capacity) has deep experience in consumer credit regulation and compliance, particularly in auto finance. He currently serves as the Senior Program Manager for Auto Finance in the Office of Markets at the CFPB. Prior to joining the CFPB, Chris served as a legislative aide and counsel in the U.S. House of Representatives, in executive roles at the Center for Responsible Lending/Self-Help Credit Union, and as a consultant. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame Law School and Alma College.
