Jud Chamblee is the Director Indirect Sales at TDECU. With over 40 years experience in the Auto and Powersports industry, in his current position he is responsible for dealer relationship management for the Indirect-Specialty Lending Programs.

In December of 2009 Jud joined TDECU as Director of Indirect Business Services. In April of 2010 he became the Houston-Lake Jackson Market Manager. In this role he managed the Operations for Specialty Lending, the East Market and Houston. February 2016-February 2025 Director of Wholesale Business Development Indirect Lending for all of Texas. In February 2025 Jud moved to Director-Indirect Sales.

Through the credit union’s relationship with over 350 Auto, RV, Boat and Powersports dealers, TDECU is one of the largest credit unions Indirect Lenders in Texas. TDECU is headquartered in Lake Jackson, Texas. With over $4.8 Billion in assets, it serves members with 31 member centers throughout Texas.

Jud spent 15 years at PRIMUS-Ford Credit. His roles there were Mazda American Credit Gulf Region Brand Manager, PRIMUS Branch Operations Manager, Wholesale Supervisor and PRIMUS Territory Sales Manager. He spent 3 years with WestCorp Financial Services as a Branch Manager. His automotive career started with GMAC, where he spent 7 years.

Jud earned his BBA from Sam Houston State University in 1982.
