Justin is a Senior Manager in Porsche Consulting’s Financial Services practice. He has led various transformation projects on operations excellence, overall cost efficiency, lean optimization, and organizational design. He has vast experience in the auto financing business from projects in cost performance management, business model design as well as automation and machine learning implementations. Prior to Porsche Consulting, he has worked as a technology advisor and product manager within the Porsche Group in Germany. Justin holds a German diploma degree in economics as well as an MBA from WHU University Vallendar.
