Robert is a dynamic risk management professional with over 10 years of experience in the auto finance industry, currently serving as VP of Risk Management at Consumer Portfolio Services. His career began with a strong foundation in data analytics and strategy development which he honed while earning a bachelor’s degree in MIS from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business. This background, coupled with his business acumen, has enabled him to excel in various roles at CPS, where he has consistently driven impactful results.

Robert is passionate about fostering a data-driven culture and empowering his team to leverage cutting-edge technologies and analytical principles to optimize credit and pricing strategies. He believes in continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve when it comes to alternative data, machine learning, and AI solutions. His commitment to excellence and innovation has enabled him to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable data insights and risk-based strategies.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Robert is a huge sports fan, enjoys traveling the globe, and is currently studying Japanese and Spanish.
